Every night, St. Elizabeth will host a different spiritual talk about the life of Our Lady, followed by Benediction. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the life and feasts of the Blessed Virgin Mary from local priests and visiting Canons of the Institute of Christ the King.
The novena will culminate with three Masses on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, December 8th, a Holy Day of Obligation. Low Mass at 7:00am, 12:00 noon, and a Solemn High Mass at 6:30pm.
Feast of St. Michael
Friday September 29, 2023 | Brushwood Lodge, Richfield
All are invited to a FREE picnic on the Feast of St. Michael, Friday September 29th, at Brushwood Lodge (4955 Townsend Rd, Richfield). Field games and fishing will begin at 4pm, dinner at 6:00, followed by a devil pinata for the kids, and more time for games and fellowship.
If you're planning to attend the meal, please sign-up here and bring a side dish, dessert, or drink if you're able. Una Voce will provide hot dogs and macaroni and cheese. According to one traditional story, Satan fell into a blackberry bush when St. Michael cast him out of Heaven. So blackberry themed dishes and drinks are especially welcome!
Hope to see you there!
